Fun Fact Friday! The average Tilapia weighs 5 pounds. Our tilapia from our Aquaponics farm in Honduras grow as big as 6 pounds, enough to feed 12 children! We met Tika during our research trip to India last year. She’s a spunky girl who has dreams of becoming a teacher, and her favorite color is pink.
